I am a self taught artist living in the Slocan Valley in the West Kootenays of British Columbia. My devotion to creating stems from the desire to keep ancient art forms alive. Through ethically sourcing materials to supporting the slow fashion movement, I believe in the power of art with a message. Each piece merges the intricacies of spirit and the wild together, by means of beauty, time and education. Since I was a little girl, I have always engaged in art of some form. Whether it be playing piano and singing, sewing my own dresses, crocheting yet another blanket for my grandma, baking cakes or building forts on the land, the act of starting with raw material and turning it into art has been in my blood. .

I only use natural fibres in my woven textiles. It is important to me that I know where my materials are derived from to lesson my impact

Thank you for being apart of this journey, and supporting timeless art. xx
